Why OJT?

There is always a skill gap between campus and industry, which is why many engineers fail interviews: they have not yet mastered the competencies required by the position they apply for.

Helping engineers master those competencies is actually SIMPLE: train them on Real Projects. This method is called On The Job Training (OJT).

The catch: employees only

Unfortunately, OJT is only given to employees, so non-employees have no access to it. That is why we created online training based on the OJT concept, open to the public. OJT topics are grouped by career position in each industry.
